How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required. Pick a plan when you create your studio. To keep going after the trial, add a payment method from Settings, Platform Plan in your admin portal, where you can also change plans.

What fees apply to payments families make?

Accepted Answer

Families pay your studio directly through your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect), and payouts go to your bank on Stripe's schedule. We add a platform fee on each payment: Starter 1%, Growth 0.75%, Scale 0.5%. Stripe's standard processing fees apply separately and appear in your Stripe dashboard.

Can I export or delete my studio's data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Studio owners can download a full export of their studio's data (JSON and CSV in a ZIP file, available for 7 days) at any time, and can request deletion of the whole studio, which runs after a 14-day grace period you can cancel. Parents can delete their own accounts from the parent portal.

How do you handle children's data?

A parent or guardian must give consent before a child's profile is stored, and we record which version of the notice they agreed to. Parents can withdraw consent at any time, which deletes or anonymizes the child's personal data while keeping payment records. When staff add a student from a lead, they must confirm consent was collected offline.

Can I bring data over from my current software?

You can import leads from a CSV file today. Importers for families, students and classes are on our roadmap; until then, contact us and we will help you plan the move.
